This gorgeous navy dress features a rich, deep navy color and little ruffles on the sleeves. Long enough to be usable at a formal event, it also can easily packed for a night out when you're on vacation! Cut fairly straight from the bust, it has a slightly looser fit through the waist.
80% polyester 20% spandex
Dress measures 45" from shoulder to hem, and sleeves are 25" long from the shoulder and have a small flare at the bottom.
