Turn heads in this vintage inspired dress! It features a black velvet top with short cap sleeves and a full cut deep navy skirt with flocked velvet paisley flowers. The first time it was ever pulled out for the photo shoot it got several “aaaaah”s- so you’re sure to make a statement when you wear it!
Top is 17” from shoulder to waist and the skirt is approx 36” long.
